PTA Reimbursement Process
In order to process timely payments for PTA reimbursements, please follow these steps:
- Complete the PTA Expense/Reimbursement Form (available as a fillable PDF)
- Submit the completed form with receipts/invoices using one of these methods:
- Online Portal (preferred) – Submit your documents here.
- By E-Mail – E-mail your form and receipts to treasurer@barnardpta.org
- In Office – Submit your paper forms and receipts in the PTA inbox at the Barnard Elementary office.
Note that when you submit a request, you can indicate how you would like to receive your payment (by check, PayPal, or Zelle). Once submitted, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and payment.
