Discounted early bird pricing ($88) is only for the first 50 tickets sold or through 3/31/26, whichever comes first. When 50 tickets have been sold, or on 4/1/26, whichever comes first, tickets will be regular price ($100) until sold out.

FREE OR LOW COST CHILDCARE: The first 20 tickets sold receive FREE childcare at Mathnasium in nearby Liberty Station who is hosting an exclusive Barnard Kids' Game Night with pizza 2:30-6:30pm. Minimum age is 5.* After the first 20 tickets, there will be 20 additional spots for only $25. *A 4-year old Barnard student will be eligible to attend when attending with an older sibling.

INCREASE YOUR CHANCES TO WIN $1,000! You can add additional opportunity drawing entries to your gala ticket order (note if you change quantity to 2 your drawing tickets will double so we recommend adding 1 gala ticket to cart with drawing tickets and 1 without). Drawing tickets are $10 each, 6 for $50, 15 for $100, or 40 for $200. Opportunity drawing prizes include but are not limited to:

• $1,000 cash
• $100 Vuori gift card
• Reserved parking spot for last week of school

Note: Gala and opportunity drawing tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change and you cannot attend the gala you may opt to gift your ticket to someone else (please email gala@barnardpta.org). If you purchase opportunity drawing tickets, you do not need to be present at gala to win a prize.
