We recommend washing your sweatshirt inside-out in cold water and hang drying since it is the best way to prevent shrinkage, fading and pilling. If you must machine dry, use the tumble dry low setting, although you may still expect some minor shrinkage. The sweatshirt fits true-to-size, but size up if you anticipate machine drying it with heat. Do not apply direct heat such as a clothes iron on logos.
