Celebrating the Lunar New Year! The Year of the Snake

February 2, 2025 – 1 to 4 pm

Our annual Lunar New Year Festival is one of the biggest highlights of the year for Barnard families, staff, and friends! We are celebrating Year of the Snake at Pacific Beach Middle School on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 1-4 pm. The event will be filled with cultural performances from the Three Treasures Cultural Arts Society and other performance groups, as well as free games and crafts hosted by each Barnard classroom, face painting, cultural appreciation and education booths, and more! Due to our current site modernization construction, our friends at Pacific Beach Middle School kindly let us use their campus again for our festival. Please save the date and join our community celebration!

2:35 pm Karen Organization of San Diego (dance performance)
2:55 pm Buddhist Temple of San Diego Taiko
3:15 pm GDPT Hoa Nghiêm (dance performance)
